Last updated October 13, 2026

DarkMoth Group LLC ("DarkMoth") operates this website. This notice explains what information the site collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, your organization, your work email address, the type of inquiry you select, and your message.

Technical information. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a possible business relationship. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to DarkMoth by email. They pass through our email delivery provider and are stored in our business email system. We share information outside DarkMoth only with service providers that help us operate this site and our email, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records.

What not to send

Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or export-controlled technical data through this website. We will arrange a secure channel for technical data after first contact.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us through the contact form or call (941) 567-5529.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if our practices change.
